MIGRATION AND RELIGIOUS SOCIALIZATION IN NIGERIA: THE FULANIZATION DILEMMA

Migration has remarkably influenced the development of civilization and establishment cultural borders throughout history. In case Nigeria, one negative impacts migration been violent seizure ancestral lands by Fulani as part a strategy to 'fulanize' 'Islamize' Nigerian nation. This study investigates links between human religious socialization in Africa, particularly Nigeria. The paper employs descriptive phenomenological approaches bases its arguments on theoretical foundations Durkheimian Weberian theories. argues that regional mobility, with socializing effects, affects national politics, government, economy, other domains. It concludes African countries should include international their plans goals make safer.
